Let's gather the story of your property.

This intake helps me represent your home with the care and detail it deserves — so we can launch your listing beautifully and answer buyer questions before they're even asked.

There are eight sections, and most sellers finish in 20–25 minutes. Your answers save automatically, so you can return any time. If you're not sure of an answer, leave it blank — we'll fill it in together.

Everything you share is confidential and used only to prepare your listing.
